Over 1,000 Families In the North Carolina Triangle area Have Chosen VIP Home Inspection Services For Their Home Inspection Since 2003!
Here's Why
Because we provide our Clients the "Information" and "Education" they need to make an informed decision about the property being inspected in a Clear, Concise, Professional Manner, using custom Computerized Reports with Photographs.
In other words, we provide our Clients "Peace of Mind!"
How we do it !!
Our North Carolina licensed Inspectors will spend 3-4 hours with you thoroughly discussing and evaluating all aspects of the property from the top to the bottom and all areas in between. You will usually know more about the property than the current owner once the inspection is completed.
We'll not only inspect the property you're buying, but we'll share with you what needs to be maintained and why. You'll get a real education about your new home. Don't worry, we'll explain everything in terms you can understand. We are a "Jargon Free" Company! No fancy industry terms.
We encourage you to attend the inspection. If you are a more experienced home buyer, then relax and wait for the report. But if this is your 1st time buying a home, it is very important that you attend.
Our Report!!
Our report software is provided by the industry recognized leader in home inspections software "HomeGauge". Most of our competition is using word or pdf files that are slow to download and clog up your email. We upload our reports to our server and send you an email with a link and a password. You can then go online and view and print the report. You can even email a link so a 3rd party can get the report. The report will stay on our server 7 years and is backed up nightly.
Let Me Mention One Other Issue:
Unfortunately, North Carolina and especially Wake county is in the EPA's Highest Radon Zones. Not many people, including most Real Estate Professionals, are aware of this issue.
Radon gas is a toxic gas that seeps into homes through the foundations. And it doesn't matter if your home is built on a basement, crawlspace or a slab, this deadly gas can seep in and it doesn't matter if it's brand new construction or a 50 year old home.
It's estimated that Radon Gas kills 24,000 Americans each and every year. As a matter of fact, Radon Gas is the second leading cause of lung cancer, only second to cigarette smoking.
The good news is that Radon Gas can be detected with a simple test and if the home you're purchasing has elevated levels of Radon Gas, it can be easily fixed. The key to the issue is Getting A Radon Test, then you know if the problem exists and if so, to what degree.
Please know that I personally would not live in a home in North Carolina that had not been tested for Radon Gas!

How Flexible Is Your Schedule?
We know that your schedule is very hectic so we work hard to accommodate you!
Each of our Inspectors conducts two inspections a day, one at 8 am and the second one at 2 pm. This allows ample time for us to do the thorough, quality job you expect and get to our next appointment on time.
Because not every one can attend the inspection during the week, we can also schedule a weekend inspection. Our weekend inspection schedule is limited, so please let our scheduler know as soon as possible that you need a weekend inspection. We'll do our best to accommodate you!
We schedule inspections seven days a week as well, so feel free to give us a call on the weekend to schedule your inspection or use our online scheduler!
