My husband and I wanted to
thank you for the inspection that you conducted yesterday at 6321 Brackney. We
were not sure if we were going to have an inspection done on our home since the
sellers recently had had one in July. Once we decided to have the inspection
done you were highly recommended by our realtor. We are thankful for that
recommendation.
We found you to be
professional, polite and extremely informed. We were amazed by your wealth of
knowledge, explanations, and thoroughness.
Although not absolutely
necessary, we were impressed at the digital technology that was used during the
inspection. The immediate upload of the photos and voice notes into the
computer gave us a level of comfort that things were not going to be forgotten
and that we would have a visual reference for later use. For these reasons
alone, we can see why this would be necessary to do the job.
The report came back to us
well within 24 hours and it was loaded with images and details. The pictures
were clear, labeled and there were arrows pointing to the areas of interest.
This made it very easy to read and understand.
